The latest in the Darcy Sweet Series. Like all of these this is a quick light read. The come out about every 4-6 weeks. I would not call them a serial as each story is complete in itself. However, there is an overarching story and they are best read in order.Darcy is a small town bookstore owner with the ability to see and many times communicate with ghosts. This has become a helpful thing to her boyfriend who is a police detective. The characters are well developed and you are warned these do be come somewhat addictive.
These are true cozies and as such it is a clean read. They all run a little over 100 pages with no filler or teasers.

Wow this one was exhausting. Big surprise for Grace later. I'm thinking she isn't going to be happy. Darcy will have her work cut out for her.
I really love these books. Once you start reading one you have to finish it right away. And then you can't wait to start the next one. I found these less than a week ago and I have read 7 of them. Getting ready to start a new one. They are really entertaining books to read and you fall in love with the characters.
Not a paranormal fan, but thoroughly enjoy this series. As I finished reading each book, I immediately looked for the next one in the series and was sad when I'd caught up to the author. It's sad that we read so much faster than an author can write. Highly recommend the series.
I rated at a 3 due to how the story scattered throughout. But it made up to 3.5 with the extra visit from Auntie and Darcy's sister...w/o spoiler alert..you'll see if you read.
This is one of my favorite books in the series so far. It seems Darcy's abilities have developed and she is more in tune with her intuition. Ghost are still around and they reach out to her but she isn't led by them alone like before. The mystery itself is fairly easy to figure out. The way it unfolds for Darcy is timely and well written.
I have realy enjoyed the series and looking forward to reading more from this author. They have mystery romance excitement a little of every thing you could want. I found it hard to put down and the pages just keep turning. Each book in the series was as good as the others. I HOPE you will take a chance on this author I don't think you will be disappointed. THANKS TO THE AUTHOR
